Hello Ali,Thank you for sharing this with us. I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced while trying to pick up your order. While there may be times when someone isn’t stationed at the front, there is no excuse for team members to walk by without acknowledging you or offering to help.I appreciate you bringing this to my attention.
