Awful customer service. I ordered online and got there at the time the website told me. Proceeded to sit in the drive thru line for another 15 minutes then received cold food as they did not move the person in front of me into the waiting bay. When I went back in to discuss this with the staff I was locked out (2 hours before they would have closed mind you) and told that I should have arrived on time for pickup and that it was my fault it was cold. I eventually got food remade but their attitude and service was abhorrent. I understand fast food isn’t the best job and there may be external factors to explain why my experience was terrible, but the staff members I spoke to were incredibly rude and demeaning. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this specific location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
