Having combined a good mixture of ingredients and spices in their own version of kansi, I think this serving of soup was nothing else but perfect. Opsters' kansi was made up of tender beef slices, batuan fruit, chili, and lemongrass in sour tasting soup. A bowl of kansi costs Php265 and can serve up to three people.
Another great pick from Opsters was their Karne Norte, or their take on the usual corned beef. The shredded meat was really tasty and it just melts in your mouth. What made it even better was it was paired with garlic fried rice and egg that was cooked over easy. Note that spiced vinegar would complement its flavors.
