Perfect spot for breakfast with friends! The food is always fresh and amazing. We were warmly welcomed by Anoushka, who helped us find a lovely table, and by Widad and Tarik, who were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The staff are relaxed, welcoming, and take the time to chat with customers, creating a wonderful atmosphere. They are also very friendly with children, which makes the experience even better. I had high hopes for opus restaurant but incredibly disappointed. The food was fine, just like a common breakfast buffet. What made the experience a major letdown was the staffs. It started even From the acceptance at reception. At first she asked me to wait using hand gestures it seems like she wasn’t trained at 5 stars hotel to accept multinationals guest. The staff was disengaged and disinterested, the smiles was obviously forced but seems to be very sweet and kind to certain race. Until last moment The reception accused that we didn’t complete the payment, turned out staff miscalculated the bill and it was all paid, both reception and male manager was being dismissive, not even a proper apology from the manager. I mean Why bother to have ‘ladies breakfast meetup’ And mostly shouldn’t accept the reservation if you can’t manage to accommodate a group. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: QAR 50–100
