The glass bottom boat is a memorable experience as you can get out to sea past the harbour area (and really feel the full force of the ocean). Once you get out far enough, the staff invite you into the glass bottom below-deck area and it was memorable seeing coral and fishes even just 20 minutes out from Naha. When the boat stopped in the open sea, it happened to be a very wavy day for us and many felt seasick while in the lower deck - but you can just go back up to the top deck and it is OK. Most did so. It wasn't crowded even on a weekend during Christmas holiday season - maybe only 20 passengers for a boat that could fit almost 100. The staff were friendly and you can reserve online (48 hrs in advance), and it is very easy (with English interface). Service: 5

This is at visibility level 3 and sway level 3. Good service by counter staff who patiently used google translate to communicate. We came early to register first and pay right before boarding. Entrance for children below 5 years old is free. Service staff Gizelle on board was very friendly and helped our family of 11 took photos. The vending machine on board is the same price as elsewhere, which is a nice surprise! I was expecting to pay more. Great summer activity. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
