We spontaneously decided to have lunch there. We were served very friendly, it was clean and super tasty . I can only recommend!! INCREDIBLE ordering process on 8/2/20 Order was placed at 6:05 p.m., According to Orient Grill, waiting time is one hour. 8:05 p.m. still no food arrived. After calling again they said it would take another half hour. 9:05 p.m. still no food arrived. In the following phone call there was an apology and the promise that the food would be delivered free of charge. 10:05 p.m. after call number 4 it says, food is on the way. 10:30 p.m. Food delivered Order was also partly delivered incorrectly. Waiting time for 2 kebabs, 2 lahmacun and chicken nuggets totaled 4.5 hours. Thanks for the lovely evening Orient Grill!
