Ordered food online had to wait 2 hours tried cancel restaurant refused to allow cancellation and food did not arrive and eventually got money back after waiting 2 and half hours. Restaurant refused to help when they knew I was waiting for my food after being in contact with them. Very unprofessional and did not care for me receiving my meal all they asked is have I paid for the order. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Restaurant where seated was cold was almost outside but inside could hear the rain on the roof, starter and main were brought out together so had to eat main first while it was hot, not very much choice generally but even poorer for vegetarians, surround by people smoking shisha while trying to eat, will definitely not reccommend ate a few mouthfulls left most of the food, the mushroom risotto tasted fishy, brushetta starter was so strong in garlic i think i will taste it for days, couldn't wait to get out of there, will not be returning. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I recently celebrated my birthday at Osiris Lounge with a group of 18 guests, and from start to finish, it was a flawless experience! The location is super convenient – just a 5-minute walk from Woolwich tube station. While parking isn't the best directly outside, there's a car park within walking distance which makes it manageable. The décor and atmosphere are absolutely stunning – modern, stylish, and surprisingly cosy. You’d never believe part of the dining area is technically outdoors, because it’s so well covered and insulated that there’s no breeze or temperature drop. The added bonus? Because it’s classed as outdoor space, you can enjoy shisha or smoke while dining if you choose to – which added to the relaxed, loungey vibe. Now, onto the food and drinks – both were top-tier! Cocktails were delicious, and the food was fresh, tasty, and came out hot, which is rare with such a large group. We were especially impressed that everyone was served within a short window, so we could all enjoy our meals together without that typical staggered service. The shisha was spot on too – smooth and well-maintained throughout the evening, with the staff constantly checking and topping up coals as needed. Speaking of staff, the service was exceptional from booking right through to the night itself. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and incredibly efficient. The manager even let me pick the music for my birthday, which was such a personal and thoughtful touch! To top it all off, the birthday surprises were completely unexpected and really raised the bar. It made the night feel even more special and memorable. Overall, the whole group had an amazing time and we’re all already planning to go back.
