I have ordered from the location pretty frequently and it has been the most consistent branch in Hamilton for me. The service has always been great from all the employees with a thank you to Laaibah for always providing excellent customer service. She happily answers my questions and has always given good suggestions for new items to try. I would recommend this location if you have a craving for Osmows! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20

Very good service food seemed alright until the next morning my stomach was hurting and I ended up with diarrhea which I hate to admit. I eat this kind of food on the regular im familiar with seasonings and spice the problem was the Lamb. I opted for the lamb box simply because it was a daily deal on Saturday I normally prefer chicken.. the lamb was re heated from the fridge this was not fresh or made the day of. The flavour was off.. it was fatty more than meaty. It was hard dried out rubbery texture.. little did I know ide wake up with gut wrenching pain followed by the most unpleasant trip to the toilette. That was awful. But your food was the only thing I ate. My son loved his chicken shawarma. And he didnt get sick as I did...thank God... i did not take any photos. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Visited Osmow's Shawarma today and had a great experience. Raman was very helpful, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back again! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
