Update: kudos to the "owner" who replied to this review within 20 minutes of submitting it! UNFORTUNATELY they didn't actually take the time to read it. If they had, I don't think they would have considered this experience "top notch". Lol This is one of my favorite places to go and have never had a bad meal there. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore because the meals that everyone in my party had, was unacceptable. Server was great but took over an hour to get our food. Prime rib was supposed to be med rare- it was well done and very dry and stringy. Filet mignon was supposed to be med- it was also well done and very dry. All 5 meals were barely warm when they came to the table. Asked the server what was going on because we had never experienced a bad meal before here. He sent the manager over who really didn't have an explanation except that it was an off day. We weren't looking for any kind of discount but she took $30.00 off our bill anyway, which was very nice of her to do. I will still go there because the food is usually very good. Hopefully there won't be anymore "off days". Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Bloomin' Onion, Chocolate Thunder from Down Under, Sauza Gold Coast Rita

This visit we did take out! (but we do dine in at times so “Atmosphere” gets 5 stars) Food was great! It was hot and delicious. Donna, employee who brought our pick-up order to our car was delightful. Very friendly! Looking forward to our next trip. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Several meals/choices for vegetarians Dietary restrictions: You can request your food with or without specific items. Very accommodating. Friendly waitstaff.

We always have a great experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Frazer. The food is consistently amazing, fresh, and delicious, and you really get a lot for your money compared to other restaurants. The drinks and cocktails are always on point, and the Bloomin Onion is a must every single time we come! The waiters and waitresses have always been extremely kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. We will definitely be back again soon!
