Lauren’s service was fantastic! She made excellent recommendations, was friendly and attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our meal. Even though the restaurant was busy, everything came out incredibly fast and was perfectly timed. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Check your check!!! their prices aren’t the same as the menu! I ordered the steak and lobster He only brought me the steak And when I corrected him, he just added the lobster onto the bill instead of changing the bill. If you look at it, the sticky charged me for was more expensive than it was listed on the menu And when they added the lobster instead of adjusting it to have the right thing on it, it was more expensive than if he just rung me up correctly. I asked to speak to the manager and they just took the lobster off of the bill and never came out to speak to me. My table and the three other table in his sections all were getting orders messed up. He was forgetting drinks, forgetting food. Steak was 10/10 tho! Thank you chef! Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Outback Steakhouse used to be my favorite steakhouse for decades now, going back to the '90s...NO LONGER! First the Roswell location and now the ROME location has soured my disposition toward Outback----don't get me wrong, the service was great, but the food...not so much. I got their 13 0z. Ribeye (it had a name; "R"-something), and as I ate it, I discovered a large piece of gristle within. The steak itself was OK, but this large piece of gristle was decidedly *not*!! They charged me almost as much for this 13 oz. ribeye [with large piece of gristle attached] as I could've gotten for a **20 oz.** Ribeye at LONGHORNS...!!!...(where I went the next day, so dissatisfied as I was with my Outback steak!). Needless to say, I'll be going to Longhorns from now on... Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
