Clam pasta was excellent. Oil and butter sauce well balanced to go with the clams and scallops. Price is par for the course for a hotel and for the view, I guess. Most importantly food appears more than decent. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Italian restaurant Overlap located in Ananti Cove, Gijang. The atmosphere was good, the terrace window was open and comfortable, and it was nice that it wasn't crowded with customers. On nice weather days, it would be nice to enjoy a meal on the terrace. I ordered pasta, pizza, homemade burgers, and salad, and all of the food was delicious and looked great. The cream sauce pasta was especially delicious on the day I visited. Also, the pizza is said to be for about 2 people, so please keep that in mind when ordering. When I visited, it was check-out day, so I had breakfast and lunch after check-out, and it seemed like a perfect place to enjoy brunch. The price is not cheap, but the atmosphere and food taste good so it was worth it.
