Here’s a polished version that keeps the frustration clear while sounding credible and professional: I decided to try this food truck after seeing a social media post and was excited to support the business. When we placed our order, we were told there would be a wait due to the high volume of customers. We understood and decided to wait. Unfortunately, when we returned at the time we were given, our food was still not ready. We were then given another wait time. When that time passed, the food was still not ready. This happened a total of three times. What was supposed to be a short wait turned into nearly five hours. The wait alone would have been disappointing, but the lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience even worse. While customers were waiting for hours, there appeared to be multiple people sitting inside the truck not actively assisting with food preparation or helping to move orders along. I understand that businesses can get overwhelmed, especially when demand exceeds expectations, but customers deserve honest communication, efficient operations, and respect for their time. A better ordering system and stronger customer service practices would go a long way. I wanted to support this business, but this experience made that difficult. After a five-hour delay, the wait simply was not worth it. I cannot recommend this food truck based on my experience. Please do better—your customers deserve better. The oysters were good but with all those toppings I expected more flavor/seasoning. The service was ok. The person taking my order was distracted by someone in the background when I had questions about the menu. And they were out of lemonade. The atmosphere is a NO for me. The music is entirely too loud and I don’t want to yell over it to place my order. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
