I had one of my most memorable lunches at PESCE during my stay at The Farm at San Benito. A specially curated lunch had been arranged for me and my friends, with a beautiful table set up in the outdoor seating area surrounded by greenery. What followed was such a lovely experience. Course after course kept appearing, almost as if by magic! We started with the Mango and Avocado Tartare, followed by a refreshing Mango Coconut Gazpacho, a Thai Style Mango and Papaya Salad, crispy fried grouper fish with mango slaw, and finally Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. Each dish was beautifully prepared and presented, and I loved how mango featured through the menu in completely different ways without everything tasting repetitive. The waiters were extremely attentive throughout and the entire meal flowed so effortlessly. Beautiful setting, wonderful food and warm service. Definitely one of the most memorable meals I had during my stay and an experience I would happily recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₱1,500–2,000
