We hadn't dined at PF CHANGS for quite awhile. So, we looked forward to a delicious meal at a nicely appointed restaurant with great service. While our service was excellent, the restaurant and food was a complete disappointment. You arrive to an exterior of weeds and a half dead tree and nothing looked like it had been cleaned for some time. The inside was not much better. You could hardly open the Womens bathroom door and it hadn't had a good cleaning for a long time. Our food did not have any resemblance to what we use to get and of course, the cost was much, much higher. We knew it would be more, but expected it to represent the quality of food and preparation that we had in past visits. As we were with another couple, it was embarrassing that we were presented with what would be termed commissary food. This was not the experience we enjoyed in prior visits. Much has changed, and not for the better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

The food tasted great, it showed up in a timely manner and was displayed beautifully! I think what really made the experience overall complete was our server Bobby. He added some extra spice to the dinner by displaying the food in fun ways and telling us some interesting information along the way Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful dining experience at P.F. Chang's. Not only was our food wonderful, but our waitress was top notch. Michaela was prompt and very friendly. She is by far one of the best waitresses we have ever had at any restaurant. We will be back and definitely will request her. She made our dining experience truly enjoyable. I order Mongolian Chicken everytime. It is my favorite! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
