We were able to stop in during a long layover and this was a wonderful experience. Rosie was our waitress and she took very good care of us! She kept our drinks full, helped us in a timely manner and helped us have a positive experience eating there. The food was fantastic! Overall great experience. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Not sure what their issue is. We used a priority pass - valid with them. Staff were ok but all seemed either overwhelmed - am guessing either overworked or just poorly trained. Who knows. Either case it’s a somewhat of an unpleasant experience. Lots of sighs and laying down do’s and dont’s for absolutely no clear reason. Would come here to get a quick takeout at best or avoid. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I had a wonderful experience at P.F. Chang's, entirely thanks to my server, Jacob. He was phenomenal, polite, and incredibly kind from start to finish. Jacob is exceptionally knowledgeable; he broke down the best high-protein options for me and even knew the exact ounces for each dish. When I asked about dessert, his enthusiastic explanation of his favorite treat made it impossible to resist. Throughout the meal, his customer service was flawless; he constantly checked in and anticipated my needs, like refilling my water without even being asked. I never though I would get this kind of service while waiting at the airport. If you visit, ask for Jacob. He truly goes above and beyond!
