The service, view, food, and cocktails were all great. The waiters were very attentive and they even had a dedicated vegan menu (this is rare for restaurants like this in Japan). We were able to get a window seat without being locked into ordering course menu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥10,000+ Vegetarian options: Dedicated vegan menu Dietary restrictions: The menu is very detailed about allergy information.

We had dinner at PIGNETO on 2026/2/22(Sun) as a family of three (two adults and a seven‑year‑old), and the experience was outstanding. The GRAZIOSO set menu was beautifully executed, the extra pizza was excellent, and the sparkling house wine was unexpectedly refined. The view of Tokyo Tower from our window table was striking, but what truly distinguished the evening was the service. Although I am not good at remembering names, I would like to acknowledge the team. We arrived slightly before 05:30PM opening, and the lady at the front desk received us with grace, she explained the opening time, invited us to wait in the lobby, and came to find us the moment the restaurant opened, escorting us in with genuine warmth. A small gesture, yet it set the tone for the evening. Our main server then quietly redefined what fine-dining service can be. He spoke with us as if we were regulars, took time to understand our preferences, especially for our son, and, when he learned that our child loves pizza but dislikes vegetables and tomato sauce, suggested a five-cheese pizza that our son absolutely loved. Throughout the meal, the pacing was precise, drinks were refreshed at just the right moments, and each course was introduced briefly and clearly. We never felt rushed or watched, only genuinely cared for. I rarely leave restaurant reviews, as paying for good food usually feels like a complete transaction. PIGNETO is an exception: beyond its very good cuisine and setting, the considerate, intelligent, and unobtrusive service is something money cannot simply buy, and it deserves to be recognized.
