The bases (underside) of the pizzas had a really strong smell of meat or pepperoni. The pizzas were all vegetarian so shouldn't have a smell, however it was on all the pizzas we ordered. As you picked the pizza up you could smell the nasty smell more than the pizza itself. This place used to be great but appears to have gone downhill. Won't be ordering again. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Would like to thank Pizza Hut Rotherham for their excellent customer service, especially Jordan. After placing an order through Pizza Hut direct due to their own reasons they had to use uber eats to deliver the order who were terrible! The driver picked the food up and took over 40 minutes to deliver by this time the food was freezing, after speaking to Jordan about this he was great at sorting it out for us, they had their own drivers due in shortly so he had the whole order freshly made for us and sent out to us, (which was piping hot and all delicious) thank you Jordan for your great customer service and understanding. Will definitely order from this Pizza Hut again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
