I was there for open play on a Sunday so didn’t try the food or drinks but the courts were nice, the paddles there you can use are decent, and plenty of balls. Would definitely recommend Atmosphere: 5

Our group has been here four times before, and every previous experience was great. The staff were friendly, and everything went smoothly, which is why we kept coming back. However, our experience on the night of April 24, 2026 was completely different. The staff working that evening had a very unpleasant attitude toward us. Pickleball is an energetic sport, and cheering, excitement, and some noise are completely normal, but they came over to complain that we were being too loud with obvious annoyance on their faces. What made it worse was that with still 10 minutes left in our reserved time, while we were still playing, a staff member came onto the court and said, “Your time is over, you need to stop playing.” We had paid the full $200 for 2 hours of court rental, so being pushed off the court before our time ended was completely unacceptable. We are truly disappointed by the poor customer service and disrespectful attitude from the evening staff that night. After this experience, our group will never come back again Service: 1

Hi Vu - I’m really sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t reflect the positive visits you’ve had with us in the past or our service standards. We truly value your group’s loyalty, which makes this especially disappointing to read. Pickleball is absolutely an energetic and social game, and you should never feel discouraged from enjoying your time on the court. Our hosts give each group a heads up when they have 10 minutes left on the court so they can prepare or finish games accordingly. I fear this was misunderstood as a request to leave the court.
