Hello! We appreciate your compliments on the food. Our hours are listed properly everywhere however we are closed this week for staff break. If anything is wrong on google we will look into this however we cannot control certain things sometimes especially a major company, google. We have noticed issues with that in the past and have corrected it, so ty. We made sure to post our closing to our social medias and put a sign on the door. We apologize for any inconvenience. When it comes to our sushi, our chefs are actually quite fast. In a busy sushi restaurant the average wait time is 30-45 minutes. Our average tag times are usually 20 minutes or less unless the orders are large or we are extremely busy. We appreciate your patronage and apologize again for any negative experiences.

Hello again, you in fact hung up on us when we were very calmly and professionally trying to explain the situation. You then proceeded to call and very rudely harass our staff repeatedly after it had been explained to you multiple times. We were very busy and sometimes communication can break down between staff members. We did not intend to “make false statements” and in fact shut our Uber Eats off because of issues earlier in the day with an Uber eats global shutdown, us being short staffed this evening, and printer issues. But for some reason your order came through and we made it anyways. You continued to hold our staff on the phone during a busy service as we continued to ask you how we could somehow make this better for you and STILL attempted to continue to explain it to you, for you to then threaten to “blast us online”…Dissatisfaction is mutual.
