Absolutely disgusting experience. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received in a bar. We were sitting, drinking, and minding our own business. Some of our friends went to the restroom, where there was a queue. One of them briefly lay down on a sofa while waiting. A staff member woke him up, and he immediately got up and went to the restroom. A few minutes later, without us asking, the staff brought our bill even though we were planning to order more drinks. They told us to leave immediately. When our friend came back, the staff started shouting at him to get out. Then they grabbed him and physically forced him out of the bar. At the same time, they were pushing me, my female friend, and another friend. Glasses and dishes were knocked over and broken during the chaos. The level of aggression shown by the staff was completely unacceptable. Instead of speaking to customers respectfully, they chose to use physical force and intimidation. We were treated horribly, not talking about treated respectfully. I would never come back and strongly advise others to avoid this place if you expect professional service or basic human decency, without any risks. We had one of the WORST experiences we’ve ever had at this bar. We were sitting, drinking, and behaving normally. Some of our friends went to the restroom and had to wait because there was a queue. One of them briefly lay down on a sofa while waiting. A staff member woke him up, and he immediately got up and went to the restroom. A few minutes later, the staff suddenly brought us the bill without us asking for it, even though we were about to order more cocktails. They told us to leave immediately. When our friend came back from the restroom, the staff started yelling at him to get out. Then they grabbed him and physically dragged him toward the exit. While doing that, they were also pushing me, my female friend, and another female friend. During the chaos, glasses and dishes were knocked over and broken. They are also racist and don’t let black people in; or black and dark coloured people are treated differently. We could clearly see the difference between others people treatment and ours. We got PHYSICALLY kicked out. There was absolutely no reason for the staff to become physical. We didn’t do anything wrong; physical (breaking dishes, etc) The way we were treated was super aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The staff got angry mad out of nowhere. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a place where customers are treated with basic respect, go somewhere else. This place was a HORRIBLE experience. Do not go to this place - we have been over charged and we noticed after we had paid. They are refusing to refund us. Said that they needed a managers card who is on holiday for 2 days. Then said come back tomorrow, made no sense. Lied. Not trustworthy and cocktails not that great. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
