Terrible experience. They were out of basil and did not tell us that when we picked up (online order)and it was an additional 15 minute wait after the pickup time until it was ready. Got a VERY SAD PIZZA with hardly any meat, and no basil and NO offer to substitute or add something else,let alome a heads up. Literally got the pizza home and found out. Last time ordering here they forgot the sauce as well. Will not be giving them another chance as it seems theres an issue most of the time. Meal type: Dinner
