Been to Pablo twice and had the same issue both times. Food tastes good, which is the only positive. I paid a delivery fee directly to Pablo because I ordered through their website, not Just Eat or Uber. After an hour, my food still hadn’t arrived. They said they had no driver, despite the website showing “rider on way.” They then marked the order as completed without delivering it. When I went for a refund, they gave me nearly 2-hour-old food instead. Very disappointing service. Order type: Delivery Price per person: £10–20

Hi Tippu, we’re really sorry about your experience ordering from Pablos. Our website has partnered up with Uber eats which means they deliver the food and the drivers are third party drivers, so once we receive an order, they will assign a third party driver to collect the order. Sometimes we have issues with drivers not coming to collect due to limited drivers being available which is frustrating for you guys and also for us as the quality of the food drops. Please get in contact with our website and they will be able to sort this for you. Provide them with the order number and we will be happy to compensate you for the food and also sort something for you on your next order. Hopefully the third time will be 5 stars!

Fast, fresh, and unreal — packed with flavour, juicy meat, and loaded just right. Proper comfort food with no shortcuts. Then the OG Box… hands down one of the best value boxes you’ll find in Nottingham. For £18, you get: 1 big, stacked burger 4 crispy, saucy wings. A massive chicken parmo (perfectly cheesy & spicy). Loaded chips. And a drink to top it off It’s easily enough for 2 people, but if you’re hungry, it’s the ultimate solo feast. Flavours are on point, portions are huge, and everything hits. Highly recommend if you want proper bold food that fills you up and tastes amazing.
