It has a romantic feel.. Workers are very smiling... But the nagtive point is the service time is too long. Food plates' sizes are small. And the price/cost is little high considering the expectations...

For under UAH 200 (to be exact, UAH 185, or around $7, as if November 2016), I can confidently say that if you want 5* food AND 5* service in a calm, beautiful, and elegant setting, there is no better business lunch than that offered by the 2nd floor restaurant at Kharkov's best hotel.The wonderful all-you-can-eat buffet includes a fantastic salad bar; soup of the day; several hot Ukrainian and international dishes; mineral water and fruit juice; a lovely, highly seductive, and extremely tasty selection of cakes and pastries; and tea/coffee.If you are in Kharkov, for either business or pleasure, on a weekday, it would be almost criminal not to come here for lunch! And I cannot give a higher recommendation than that.
