We've enjoyed PackerBacker BBQ for years and just love it. The ribs are the best you'll ever find! We rave about all his other BBQ'd meat, too. Try the coleslaw and the beans--they are simply wonderful. This man knows how to BBQ!

My girlfriend and I stopped in Yesterday; very hungry We walked over to the food trailer, and discovered a dog on the premises, chained up with enough length to reach the ordering area. The dog came at us seemingly aggressive. We backed off, tried to introduce ourselves (thinking the owner couldn't be so ignorant as to have an aggressive dog at his place of business) but the dog aggressively lashed out on us again. An older gentleman came out from the cooking area and called the dog back, but didn't even acknowledge our existence. Normally this wouldn't irritate me so much, but after an encounter like that I would expect some type of reaction. When the dog seemed to be calm and the gentleman seemed to be taking care of the situation, we approached again so we could look at the menu, but then the dog came running at us again, lashed out and bit my girlfriend enough to break skin. At this point, the gentleman still hadn't acknowledged our presence, nor cared to ask if we were ok. I told my girlfriend we needed to leave before this escalated further. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place of business to anyone. Such an irresponsible, dangerous and careless thing to do. I LOVE dogs, but that dog is an obvious liability, and the owner doesn't seem to care.
