Wow- we was a table of 5- welcoming as soon as walked in- all the staff that saw us welcomed us- asked if was to Hot/Cold and would adapt the AC- they cleaned the table after starters - asked soon as customers left the staff was cleaning, floor- tables and making it perfect for next group of people- most clean tables but not seen many clean the floor - which was a nice surprise- they came and kept filling up the water for us- making sure we had everything we needed- the food! Wow was amazing- tasty- filling and plenty of it- boxed it up so we could take it home which was soo nice the next day as-well shame it’s to far for a takeaway but will definitely be driving out for a meal again- it was probably the best Chinese we have had- every one that left all left with a takeaway for the next day- which shows how generous the portions sizes are…. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £30–40 Recommended dishes: Prawn Crackers, Chicken Satay, Salt & Pepper Potato Fries, Egg Fried Rice, Crispy Shredded Beef with Chilli Sauce, House Special Chow Mein, Roast Duck Peking Style

Wow the best Chinese food in York, no boiled chicken or beef cooked perfectly and you can clearly see what you’re eating. I have never had prawns like it from any restaurant. We love Paddyfields and won’t go anywhere else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: £30–40

Excellent food, excellent service. Went for my granddaughter’s birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Would highly recommend. Thank you all so much.
