Als bei „Pamukkale“ nichts los war, stand ein Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen – für alle Gäste gut sichtbar – und beschäftigte sich mit seinem Mobiltelefon als beispielsweise etwas aufzuräumen oder sauber zu machen. In der Gastronomie darf es im Arbeitsablauf keinen Leerlauf geben.Der Geschmack einer bestellten Pizza war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Dargebotene hat wenig mit einer Pizza zu tun.
