They messed up my order 3 times in a row. The first order was last Friday. My crust was not multigrain like I ordered. The second time was today (June 25, 2026 at 9:00pm). I called the store and spoke to someone friendly who seemed to care about my experience, but he couldn't do anything because it was a DoorDash order. Doordash refunded my money and I was able to order, a third time. I called the store on the third order to make sure it was going to be multigrain crust The person I spoke to didn't seem to care, and seemed to think my order was a joke. I asked if I could expect multigrain and she mumbled something about it being multigrain, but the tone of her voice and lack of desire to communicate clearly made me feel stupid for calling. Of course the 3rd order also wasn't multigrain, even though my name was written on the box, presumably to help them remember. My only other thought is that there isn't really any multigrain crust, they just sprinkle some extra stuff on the outside to make you think it is. I don't know what to think at this point lol. I just don't feel they cared about my order. Food: 1 Service: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Dietary restrictions: I don't recommend this store at all for dietary restrictions, because they seem to think that your requests are a joke.

I stopped by Panago Pizza for the first time recently, and I’ve got to say—it was a pretty good experience overall. I ordered a medium pizza with a couple of custom toppings, and everything came out hot, fresh, and neatly made. The crust had that perfect balance of crispness and chew, the sauce was flavourful without being too sweet, and the cheese melted evenly across the top. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it didn’t feel greasy like some other pizza places. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
