Both the waitresses and the bartender lack the skills to work in a restaurant. The girl who served us is sweet, sociable, she only lacks knowledge related to the kitchen menu. I can't say whether you have enough knowledge about the drinks offered in the restaurant, because we didn't order anything "stronger" than juice. But if you give the necessary knowledge, you would get an excellent employee.
