I ordered a Duo pizza and was serviced by a lady named Thembi. After completing the order, she assured me that the pizza will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I went to Woolies for shopping which took me approximately 35 minutes. Went to another shop which took another 5 min including the walk back to Panarottis. Upon my arrival, Thembi went to the back to get my pizza which took another 5 minutes. She came back with no pizza and told me that it is still being prepared, by this time I was getting irritated and asked her why she said 15 minutes whereas it’s now 40min later. She then assured me that it will be ready in another 5 minutes which turned into another 10 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager while Thembi was at the back probably preparing the pizza herself now. A guy named Vusi (manager)was called who nonchalant to my frustrations told me that it’s his first day and the other manager is on the phone. I asked for the manager (Richard) who had been on the phone for more than 10min up until I decided to leave without speaking to anyone senior. Poor service and this is my second 1 star pertaining the service.

Went to Panarottis Brits Mall today.....to give that second chance.What an amazing experience.Food was excellent.....services even better.Manager Richard somehow remembered us from the last time as well as our previous bad experience and again apologized.WELL DONE Panarotti's Brits.Will see you again.
