I love PCH, which is why I’m sharing this feedback as a loyal customer. We chose this branch mainly because it is open 24 hours, which is very convenient for late-night dining. However, upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the air-conditioning was not cooling properly. It wasn’t extremely hot, but it was far from comfortable and made the dining experience less enjoyable. We dined at around 10:00 PM for a late dinner. The restaurant was not even full at the time, with only about three groups of customers. Unfortunately, my companions received their meals first and had already finished eating by the time my order arrived. It was fortunate that I encouraged them to start without me, otherwise their food would have gone cold. I wish they disclosed at first my order will take more time as my expectation is I shall have dinner with family (not them watching me eat). The most disappointing part was finding a strand of hair in my spaghetti. Since we had already waited a long time and wanted to head home, I simply removed the affected portion and continued eating. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely enjoy dining at PCH and hope this branch can improve its service and overall customer experience. I frequent this place whenever i ride northbound. Always had good service here. Portions are bigger compared to other Pancake house branches. Servers are attentive and quick. Only really had the breaded pork(?) platter. But it has always been good. Consistent taste. I recommend this branch. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hungry for a taste of Pancake House, esp for their light and crunchy tacos. Waitstaff was delightful, patient and friendly. Food came in proper time and when there waa a delay in my French Toast, a staff person came immediately to inform me of the delay. 3 of 4 in our group produced senior disc cards to avail of the 20% disc benefit. When the bill came, I was given 3 strips of paper with the top one showing a handwritten total and I was informed this was the total charge after the senior disc. When I pulled to look at all the receipts, the person just said, "Mam, that's the total. " I gave my card, expecting to tap my card at the table but my card was taken to the counter. When I was handed the charge slip I asked for the detailed receipts. Upon further inspection, it was not clear that all discounts were applied. After a couple of back-and-forths, they were unable to show how the total amt was inclusive of all 3 senior disc. In the end, we could have been shorted a minimal amount, but it's the principle behind being nonchalant about making mistakes that lead one to think there was mal intent with planning to charge us a higher price in the first place.
