Tienen música en vivo por la noche. Se comenta que aquí el personal es amable. Un espectacular servicio es siempre un plus importante. A los clientes de Pancetta no les gustan sus satisfactorios precios. Es un bonito lugar con una festiva atmósfera. Este lugar tiene en Google una nota de 4,3 según sus visitantes.

Disappointed. My first visit to pancetta was all good. No worries. But during 2nd visit, I made a reservation via a phone call and while I entered the Pancetta with my friends right on time, staff told me that they are closed on that day due to some repairs ongoing. I told that I made a reservation but they said that in advance they have informed the customers who made the reservations. But I didn’t get any call. For the 3rd time, few days ago we (all were girls) went there making a reservation (paid the advance too) in the evening. Time was 3.00 but we got delayed by 30 min. There were no other customers at Pancetta when we entered and it was smelling like cigarette smoke. Seems like the staff was not ready for customers coming. We made the appointment for 5 but there were 6 of us and we informed that too. They shown us a table with 5 chairs though it is clearly visible that there’s six people. When we asked to switch to another table, showed us a table which was not stable, then we asked to moved to next table. Then served us “5” glasses and one of them were not properly cleaned. Then again we had to ask to exchange the glass and for another extra glass. Then had to wait quite a time until someone appears to give our order. No need to say the food was nice as always. (Not denying the good side) Latter part of our stay, saw that multiple big rats were running outside area (garden area at the back of the restaurant) which made me almost wanna throw up what I ate. I was so uncomfortable. None of my friends saw the rats and I didn’t tell them otherwise they might not be in ease after seeing those. Don’t know why they treated us like that. Maybe because we all were girls. NVM. Summing up all this, not going to Pancetta again. Really disappointed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

A hidden gem! The food was exceptional, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Being able to bring your own drinks adds a unique touch that makes the experience even better. Every detail exceeded expectations. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be returning! This is one of the best BYOB restaurants in Colombo. It’s a great place to hang out with friends. The staff is friendly and the food is average. Live music is fantastic but the dance floor can get quite crowded depending on the day, especially Fridays. It’s highly recommended to make a reservation beforehand.
