If you're in Sousse and craving some serious fast food, Pancho is a must-visit. I had the "El Botty" – a double tortilla that's honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. It's huge and definitely a challenge to finish, but I managed! The tortilla dough was spot-on: soft and slightly crispy around the edges, just the way I like it. I went for the mixed meat option – shawarma combined with chicken breast – and the meat was well-cooked, juicy, and flavorful. The fat blended nicely with the sauce, making every bite rich and satisfying. The wrap was generously filled – I’d say even more meat than veggies, which I really appreciated. My only minor complaint is that there was a bit too much carrot and sauce near the end – maybe it settled there – but that’s just personal taste. Some people might love that extra sauciness.
