We thought we would try another panda express in Anchorage just to see if our earlier experience which was OK, but not great, could be a little better. The service and interior of the restaurant were very nice. But we both thought the teriyaki chicken was just plain off. It had an odd taste and we decided to stop eating it. It was actually sour. They also forgot the sauce. Is the second time in a row we’ve had something missing from our order. Fortunately, we are just tourists, so we’ll be able to go back to our local panda and enjoy their food regularly. My way of explanation, I’ve been going to Panda since the days of Panda Inn back in the 1980s. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Why do I always get rushed when to order an get to the window get rushed again an slam the window after taking payment they need to quit rushing people my partner couldn’t even order cause all she kept saying are u done are u done like do better be patient be kind no customer no pay check for u think about panda needs to train there employees to take orders with respect instead of being rude I was so close of going in the lobby to have a chat with them about them being rude but I let it go cause I would’ve lost it the way of them being rude and rushing people to order like do better train them to be patient and nice to there customers like if u don’t like the job don’t work there to be rude to people Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The last couple of times I have felt a little frustrated cuz I put my order in about 20 to 30 minutes in advance and every single time they make me pull to the side when I finally go to pick it up at the time I scheduled it. I can't for the life of me understand why they can't cook the food 5 to 10 minutes in advance instead of waiting until you get there. The whole point of ordering in advance so you don't have to wait, but instead I'm sitting in their parking lot waiting for them to bring the food out to me. Definitely a first world problem, but still super annoying when all you want to do is get home and eat after a long day at work.
