Working at the mall, I frequent panda a lot, usually around 2 to 3 times a week. don’t get me wrong. I love their food, but the customer service is downright horrible. I have been lied to about wait times, ignored, and downright treated horrible. Working in sales myself I know how important it is to have good customer service and treat how to your customers well, and this Panda Express simply does not. Some workers are super friendly and even give me a discount for working at the mall but the two worst ones are Belen and the manager. The experiences I have had with these two are downright awful and I hope they get their stuff straight. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
