The food was amazing and really good portioned, no complaints with that. However, I do have to say the staff needs to make a note that there are people eating inside and stop being so loud and watch their language that is the only complaint I have. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Really disappointed in how much this place has gone downhill. We love panda and visit it often but after are last few visits we will go out of our way to not visit this location. The last two times the “chow mein” has been a JOKE. It has been all vegetables and nearly no noodles and it’s pure mush. I mentioned to the young man serving me that it was clearly the bottom on the pan and he just laughed it off. I understand this is “fast food” but it’s not cheap and I expect better. The flavor of the few noodles I had was very off putting. We had plans to order the family meal afterwards for our lunches for the week but decided not to after that meal. I wish ownership would take pride in Thai place and step it up. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Panda Express today. We ordered our food and then found out there was nothing available for us to drink. No soda, no tea, nothing. After already paying and getting our food, we had no choice but to leave and drive 30 minutes back home just so we could have something to drink with our meal. With no refund for the 2 drinks we paid for. By the time we get home, the food will be cold, which completely defeats the purpose of getting takeout. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not even have the basic option of a drink to go with it. Honestly, it’s not surprising the parking lot was nearly empty when we were there. Experiences like this are probably why a lot of people aren’t coming back. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning either. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
