Typically this Panda is great! However today the food tasted old, half cold, and the lady fixing it acted as if it was a bother. As always the location was clean it just was not the typical food and service I receive from this location when I eat there multiple times per week. Price per person: $10–20

Waiting in the drive thru line for over 35 minutes waiting on my order to be ready. Food is always fire but waiting this long for "fast food" is wild. There's an old dude sitting behind me, and I know he's pissed waiting this long. I go to other panda express establishments often and they have NEVER taken this long to refill an entree on the serving trays. I'm actually still waiting in line now and still haven't gotten my food yet. Someone just got out of line because of ridiculous this is. This ain't it. Price per person: $20–30

The Portsmouth Blvd location sets the bar in poor service. They regularly do not have menu items within an hour of closing or for no reason. Yesterday was no exception. I use the app now in the hopes that what I order will actually be available before using my time to go there. I ordered the highly advertised Brisket at 7:04 pm with an expected pickup time of 7:25 pm. I went at 7:45. Not only was it not ready there wasn't even any Brisket to make it with because they chose not to cook any. I'm a bit confused as to how this location stays in business with such consistent poor service provided. When I asked to see a manager the manager attempt led to talk via relayed messages through the counter worker. You have got to be kidding me. My card was charged. A refund was supposed to be but has yet to be refunded. And a text received 2 hours later that the order was ready for pickup. Some core changes are needed in this stores staff as Panda express food products are great. Price per person: $10–20
