La verdad sirven con miedo y muy poco las veses que a ido a barios establecimientos siempre me gano la misma mensirven muy poca porción para lo que paga uno y para encargar creo es peor. Price per person: $10–20

Absolute bullshit going on in here my order was scheduled 3:19 and now it’s 3:35 waiting still on a take out and I see them not completing anyone’s online order only helping people that are ordering on sight. What’s the point of online ordering when there is more than 4 people waiting over 20 minutes on some Chinese food that they ordered online ahead of time to avoid the line absolutely unprofessional and a waste of time Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely disgusting experience at this Panda Express on Roosevelt Road. I found TWO hairs in my food—not one, but TWO. That alone tells you everything you need to know about the cleanliness of this place. When I called to report it, the staff was beyond unhelpful and clearly did not care. I gave them my order number, but they acted like it meant nothing and insisted the only thing they wanted was a receipt. No concern, no apology, no accountability. I asked for a refund because my food was literally contaminated, and instead they had the nerve to offer me another bowl. Why would I want more food from a place that can’t keep hair out of the first one? That’s insulting and lazy customer service. This location clearly does not care about food safety or customers. Save your money, save your appetite, and do NOT eat here. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
