Can’t score service low enough. Order was wrong but most of all the drive through employee never said a word. Just his hand out the window to take payment, hand returned with receipt, then a few minutes later a hand and no eye contact holding my food out the window. Food while about 1/2 correct was fine. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I’ve been coming to this Panda Express regularly through the drive thru, but today I went inside and had a really uncomfortable experience. I walked in and stood at the counter while two employees, one black guy and another lighter skin mixed guy were packing to-go orders at the front. No one acknowledged me at all. While I was standing there, multiple customers came in after me and were immediately acknowledged and helped by the lighter skin guy. He even side eyed me when he lifted his headed up to ask the guy if he was picking up. After the guy left, went back to what he was doing like I wasn’t there. I was even questioning if they was open for pickup\doordash only until An older couple came in last and were greeted right away and served at the food bar, while I was still standing there without a single word said to me. I understand being busy, but completely ignoring a customer while helping everyone else is unacceptable and made me feel singled out. I ended up leaving without ordering. This was disappointing because I used to like coming to this location to get my brother the bowl. Usually when I’m at the drive thru, there’s these hijabi girls there that’s always so sweet…. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
