Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

*notes: chemical tasting orange-chicken, food not prepared, long wait/served last after many costumers, no urgency, understaffed, quality so bad thrown away. Unfortunately, this was the worst Panda Express experience I’ve had. The food was not ready, and I had to wait, even though Panda Express usually as a company have all food prepared. The workers seemed understaffed, which I understand is not their fault, but there also seemed to be no sense of urgency in serving customers or preparing food. I say this as someone who also works in the food/restaurant industry. After finally receiving my food, especially after several other people were served before me, I was at least looking forward to going home and eating my orange chicken. However, when I tried it, it tasted extremely off. At first, I thought maybe I was just frustrated from the experience, but my partner tried it as well and immediately told me to throw it away. The chicken must have been bad. The only way I can describe the taste is chemical-like, which was very concerning. I’ve eaten at Panda Express many times before so I honestly don’t know how you’d mess up orange chicken. I feel bad for being that person to leave a bad review, but this is the only time I’ve felt it was necessary. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
