I called in advance to find out if they security sealed their packaging for Uber Eats. Talk to a manager who barely spoke English so he transferred the phone to somebody else who spoke better English, so I asked him the same question. I was thinking about ordering from Uber Eats but I wanna make sure you security seal your packaging so it can’t be tampered with and he said yes we do. We seal it with security stickers so I placed my order. I get my food and it was in a plastic bag tied and knots, so I called back and I talked to a female manager who told me that that’s not how they do it and she placed me on hold without telling me. It’s like I was talking to her one minute and the next minute she’s gone and she never got back on the phone. I called three times in a row after waiting a few minutes in between each time and nobody answered the phone. What a joke I don’t like being lied to if you tell me you security seal your packaging then do it don’t lie about it. I won’t be ordering from panda express again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1
