Last night, my brother and I came in to buy some food. We asked if they had any more Dynamite Chicken or Chow Mein, but the manager told us they couldn't make any more because we wouldn't be helping them clean up—even though there was still half an hour left until closing.

I had brunch at this fast food panda, and the really nice lady that was there alone, but she should be on top because of her workmanship. Maria was working all alone, and she was so nice. I appreciate her for doing great business. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As much as I genuinely love Panda Express, almost every time we come to eat and we eat inside, somethings wrong. Today was just one of those days. I went in and we picked up our food (we had put in a mobile order) and when I went to sit down and eat, I opened my box to honey sesame chicken; which I do love but with being gestational diabetic, I can’t have it right now and had chosen something else. I went up to the counter and asked about getting my proper order and the manager said he’ll get me a side of the string bean chicken which is what I ordered. I stared at him for a minute and he said he’ll “let me know when it’s ready” so I walked away and sat down to eat my food. I ate most of my food, and while staring at everyone waiting for someone to call me back up because they were doing a bunch of mobile orders and drive thru orders; no one was getting this small side. We had waited about 20 minutes for it, and when we were about to leave I finally went up to ask about it The same guy looked at me and smiled and said “oh I forgot to give you it!” I understand forgetting, but there was no apology, there was no nothing. Usually when you mess an order up, the order should be getting fixed immediately rather than being told to wait till you’re finished with your rush. I had originally thought they were making a new batch of it, but nope. I got what was sitting in the pan, as if that couldn’t have been done 20 minutes prior when I had first asked. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
