Horrible customer service! Online order was over 45 minutes late, and the staff was rude when asked where my food was. Drive-through worker had to get flagged down because the cashier was completely ignoring us. Even when I had food in my hand, it was cold .Definitely will not go back again, and I probably won't visit another Panda Express in the foreseeable future. Take a trip to the Wendy's next door and save a few bucks. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We've been ordering online from Panda for pickup virtually every Sunday for over 3 years and have never had anything but pleasant experiences. The food is always superb and the customer service is excellent! Sure, sometimes they're busy and maybe short staffed, but they always go the extra mile and always, always do it with a smile! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is generally good. The orange chicken can be very inconsistent, though (spicy one time, sweet the next). Most of the other foods don't seem to vary much in flavor. The employees give totally different answers to inquiries. I have been with people who have asked something about more/less of a certain ingredient like wanting a scoop with less mushrooms. If they already have enough in the bowl like that, I don't get why that would be a problem, but I do understand that this isn't a restaurant that cooks each item specifically for your order, so it is understandable when the answer is "no" but some of the employees have acted as if the person asked for a free meal or something when he/she wanted the same size scoop that he/she would be paying for anyways and only wanted to know if it could come from the side of the bowl with more/less. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: I do not think orders can not be changed to entirely leave off ingredients, but some options may be allergy friendly with a possibility of cross-contamination since the foods are stored closely together and I think I've seen parts of one dish go into another.
