La comida súper vieja y chiclosa, nada estaba fresco. Aparte ven con cara de que no les gusta atender a los clientes. Pésimo servicio. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

My family and I walked in and immediately felt unwelcome. My husband greeted the staff, but no one responded. The manager eventually acknowledged us, but it felt very dry and unfriendly. We asked if we could get a sample so our kids could make sure they liked the food before ordering, and were simply told no. While I understand that may be their policy, the overall customer service was disappointing. No one offered recommendations or tried to help us with menu choices. The staff seemed more focused on standing around than assisting customers, and it felt like we were interrupting their downtime. Because of the atmosphere and lack of service, we decided to leave without ordering. Unfortunately, not a great first impression. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried to order online at 9:55on a Saturday and it said that they had a high volume of order rates, I decided to go see since we are very close and we get there at 10:10on a Saturday night, one person in the drive through and no one inside, and they had already cleaned the grills, Ive worked in the restaurant industry for the better part 10 years and I have always believe in cooking every order until close time, Its just disappointing to see a lack of regard for the public to stop making food because they want to go home an hour early on a saturday. My kids were pretty dissapointed they couldnt get teriyaki chicken that they earned, Ill make my own panda express at home from now on Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
