Love Panda Express, went here to pick up something quick on my way into work. Waited several minutes at the drive thru menu to even be greeted. I had enough time to wonder if maybe they were closed, look up store hours and see they had been open for a while. Then after I place my order I again waited several minutes before being acknowledged to the point I was considering driving off so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I finally did get my food there was no acknowledgment of the wait which isn’t too big of a deal I work in food myself and understand how it can be. But when I ate my food the rice tasted burnt and was hard and crunchy though it was not visibly burnt. They either tried to save rice they had burnt or had used a dirty pan and the old food affected the taste of the rice I got. This was the first time I’ve ever been dissatisfied with this restaurant but with all the little things I’m strongly considering my patronage to this specific location due to the quality of food. I would also like to clarify the worker I did talk to was very polite and rudeness was not the issue. Food: 2 Service: 2

I've been here to get a mobile order twice and when I go to the drive thru they pull me to the front to wait and then never bring my food out. I have mobility issues so that's why I don't go in to begin with. Do better. Service: 1
