Excelente la atención y la comida, excelente servicio de la niña Pam, recomendadísimo este Panda, más temprano estuve en un Panda de Everett y la atención de una de las cajeras que habla español muy pésimo su servicio, tenía una cara de ogro, pienso que si no le gusta lo que hace, que se vaya para su casa, muy mala la atención y la actitud de esa empleada. Diferencia enorme entre este Panda de Lake Stevens al de Everett, lástima que no recuerdo la dirección. Muchas gracias. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30

The last two times I ordered from this Panda Express location, my order was made incorrectly, forcing me to drive all the way back and wait in line again to get it fixed. Tonight was especially frustrating. I went through the drive-thru around 10:30 PM. I understand the store closes in about 30 minutes, and I always try to be understanding about that. However, the customer in front of me was offered discounts and extra food because, as the employee said, he was “helping not waste food.” She even offered him extra walnut shrimp. When it was my turn, I was still deciding what I wanted, and instead of offering the same courtesy, I was told I would be charged extra for walnut shrimp. The inconsistency in how customers are treated was disappointing. Also, I don’t think the employees realize how loud the drive-thru microphone is — customers can clearly hear the conversations happening with the car ahead of them. That made the situation even more awkward and frustrating. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple incorrect orders and this experience tonight, I felt it was worth mentioning. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
