Les comparto que cuando abrieron estaba mucha gente y todo muy bien el servicio y regrese a la semana a la hora de mi lonche pedi mi comida y no tenían el pollo a la naranja me espere como 20 minutos bueno me enoje y sali hoy pedi en linia y llego a la casa y cual fue mi sorpresa que las porciones de comida demasiadas pequeñas 4 pedazos de pollo a la naranja el arroz demasiado poquito ya no regreso

Good Lord I just had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes couldn't back out or leave because there were cars in front of me and in the back finally I get to the front and the guy asked if I want to donate I donated and he asked me to pull into the drive thru waiting area I go and I pull and I wait I wait another 5 minutes for my food finally he brings my food and I asked is there a fork in there He said no I said can I get a fork and some soy sauce He says yes He goes back in there and I wait another 10 minutes in that line just for a fork and some soy sauce so I pull up to the front doors hoping that he won't have to walk all the way to the car line instead I see him constantly looking out the doors at me and then talking to people like staff or doing other things then keep looking to see if I'm still there finally after another 10 minutes waiting I run in there and I said this is ridiculous I had to wait 45 minutes in line for my food and then I had to wait almost 20 minutes for just a fork and some soy sauce. The lady just said have a good night so I left. And then to make matters worse I Google to see if they have a phone number so I can speak to a manager and they don't have a phone number listed despite every other Panda Express having a phone number listed I'm in awe honestly at this point as to how how I was treated this way.
