I had a great experience at Panda Express. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and worked together to provide excellent customer service. I especially want to recognize Erin, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer questions, made great recommendations, and made sure everything about the order was right. It’s clear she really knows the menu and takes pride in helping customers. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Great job to Erin and the whole team for making the visit a positive experience. The food is great, but they barely acknowledge you for pick up orders and all the employees seem irritated and unfriendly. An “excuse me” would be nice when you force a customer to step out the way that you clearly saw when taking a cart of boxes to the dumpster. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
