Se supone que su horario dice que habré a las 10:30am pero para atenderte te hacen esperar asta las 10:40am ya que los empleados que atienden siempre llegan tarde y de mal humor como si el cliente tuviera la culpa de su retraso.

I have ordered pepper chicken and orange chicken through online delivery. But they have mixed up chicken mushroom steak with some soy sauce and delivered. It was clearly not a mistake, since both chicken and beef were mixed together. I placed the order around 7:30 pm which is not closing time at all. We won’t eat beef at all according to our religion. I wouldn’t order from them again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff just always seem to be pretty rude here. Not one time have I came to this location and have a fair experience. Not even good. Just fair. They never acknowledge your presence, they expect you just stand there awkwardly until your spoken to. I find that very rude. It’s a common problem with most fast food chains. But these people signed up for the job, I didn’t sign up for a harsh interaction. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment, or I’ll be right there” or even “hi”. Somethings better than nothing. I don’t expect them to drop everything and jump to my attention. Not at all. But in the customer service industry, it doesn’t matter what field; fast food, fine dining, entertainment, shopping, anything really, you gotta greet your customers. It’s a simple sign of respect. Panda Express on 148th in Overlake do an amazing job at greeting their customers upon ENTERING. Regardless of the greet, I mean their attitude, and their tone in how they relay their responses are just… Not nice. I felt like I was getting talked to by my 7th grade teacher, being told one at a time. Different tone, and choice of words go a long way.
