Not matter what time you come to this place lunch or not they never have anything ready and they always said in six minutes it’ll be ready and they take 20 or 25 minutes. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi Victor. Thank you for the feedback regarding your experience. If you’d like to connect directly on this, please reach out to us at https://www.pandaexpress.com/contact-us
I ordered a large honey walnut shrimp and the gave me a box that’s supposed to be a large but it was only filled above half way and they charged me for a large. I told the cashier to open the box but she refused and went ahead to charge me. It’s just appropriate to respond to customers complaints but to just brush it off is just wrong. I’ll never go back to that Panda Express ever. Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40
