This Panda Express has to have the worst manager in the history of managers. I pulled up at 9:27 to have them tell us they are out of 4 different items. When we asked why they are out we got told we are closing soon? So let me get this straight with a restaurant full of people, you are not cooking fresh food for the next 33 mins. Fire her or him. The icing on the cake was we have Beijing Beef and one serving of kung pow chicken, which I ordered and was given orange chicken. Guess I see why this store has 3.2 overall reviews, what a joke.

Ordered online. App said my order would be ready at 6:40. I arrived on time and the person preparing my food said it would be 7 more minutes waiting on the Kung Pao (no apology, just matter of fact). He had already boxed the rest of my food, so it's sitting there getting cold while I wait. I go to get drinks and the unsweet tea canister was empty. I asked at the counter if they had tea at the drive through and they didn't. They were also out of the Coke Zero bottles. I asked the front if I could get flavored lemonade since they are out of the two options we drink. The cook started to fill that lemonade and the young man at the front started telling him he couldn't substitute, that I had to choose what was at the fountain, even though they don't have the two options I wanted. He said no (and was rude, no understanding of the situation at all after I had already waited an additional 7 minutes for food and they can't keep their drink options stocked). I asked to speak to a manager and at that point they finally reluctantly filled it. That young man at the counter needs training on how to deal with customers, especially when they can't keep items in stock that their customers want. He was never apologetic about anything. I'm glad I'm from out of town because I certainly wouldn't be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. Here’s an idea. Maybe stop closing the kitchen and stop making food an hour before you close. Especially now that Cedar Point is open. Waited in line for 25 minutes just to get to the speaker and say they were out of half their product or just wasn’t cooking any more. The line is literally out the door at 930. What establishment that wants to make money closes early when they are barely busy. Good thing Canes is next door and they actually stay open till the scheduled time no matter how many people are there. Some how I made it through the drive thru faster and actually got the food I ordered lol oh well guess they lost a customer for the summer till Cedar Point closes Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
